90L Hunter Expedition Pack

90L Expedition Pack — In NEW Hunter Green Ultra 400X
 
Pretty stoked with how these turned out. The new Hunter Green Ultra 400X looks even better in real life, and I’ve got a feeling I’ll be using a lot more of this fabric for future hunting packs. In my opinion there’s no better fabric for a NZ backcountry hunting pack.
These are based on my 90L Expedition Pack, built for serious backcountry missions where big volume matters — packrafting trips, extended expeditions, and multi-day hunting trips deep in the hills.
 
For this build I’ve used Ultra 400X for the main body, top lid, and pockets, with Ultra 800TX on the base to beef up the high-wear area.
 
Features:
• Front daisy chain
• Larger 25mm frame
• Wider hip belt
• Removable top lid
• Rifle dropper
• Top compression with a Y-strap, so you can run it lidless and still compress the pack down tight
 
Weight (with rifle dropper + lid): 1,735g

Pretty respectable for a pack this tough and this large.
